At Nilaya Stays, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms below:

1. Free Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date and receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.

2. Cancellation Within 7 Days
Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur 100% cancellation charges. No refund will be applicable.

3. No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show (failure to check in on the arrival date), the entire booking amount will be charged.

4. How to Cancel
Cancellations must be made:
* Through the same channel used for booking, or
* By contacting us directly via email or phone.

5. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

6. Peak Season & Special Dates
During peak seasons, holidays, or special events, different cancellation terms may apply. Guests will be informed of such terms at the time of booking.
